Nova Gloss is run by Jonathan, who has spent years detailing cars in Northern Virginia and got tired of watching people pay $300 for a "detail" that turned out to be a wash and a squirt of Armor All. NOVA is what everyone around here calls Northern Virginia. Gloss is the part we're responsible for.
The approach is simple. Do the work right, show the before-and-after, earn the review, and be the company you call again in the spring. Every car gets the same checklist, the same clean towels, and the same walk-around at the end.

Paint-safe, every time
Foam pre-wash, two buckets with grit guards, a clean mitt per car, and a blower to dry instead of dragging a towel. Nothing that spins touches your paint unless you booked buffing.
Photos before we touch it
Every panel and the interior, photographed at arrival and again at the end. It protects your car, it protects us, and it's how we check our own work.
Insured properly
General liability plus garage keepers coverage, the policy most mobile detailers skip. It's the one that covers your car while it's in our care.
Kind to the driveway
pH-neutral, biodegradable, phosphate-free products. Wash water stays on your property; where a driveway drains to the street, we switch to a rinseless wash.
Honest scope
Add-ons are quoted before we start, never after. If something isn't worth doing on your car, we'll say so.
